Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through the Fjørdik webshop.

How the Shop Works

Fjørdik operates using dropshipping via Printful. When you place an order, it is forwarded to Printful, who produces and ships the item directly to you.

Products and Variations

All products are made to order.
Minor variations may occur, such as slight color differences between screen and print, or small placement variations depending on material. These do not constitute defects.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct name and delivery address.
Incorrect details may result in failed delivery. We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee compensation for errors caused by incorrect customer information.

Delays and Disruptions

Delivery delays may occur due to production capacity, shipping carriers, or periods of high activity. We will inform you if we become aware of major disruptions.

Technical Reservations

We reserve the right to correct errors on the website, including pricing errors, typographical mistakes, and technical issues.

Warranty and Complaints

We provide statutory consumer rights in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law.
No additional warranties are offered beyond what is legally required.
